Frequently Asked Questions

By giving animals sensitive care, we can alleviate their suffering and provide our customers peace of mind just when they need it.

At UCPC, we treat dogs and cats with stable medical conditions and who do not need critical care. Visit our list of commonly treated conditions. When in doubt, please reach out to us so we can assess your pet’s condition and direct you appropriately.

While we are equipped with vaccines and are able to provide wellness care, our Urgent Care is focused on treating pets with stable medical conditions. Please discuss with our staff your needs, and the veterinarian will assess if vaccines can be added to your pet’s visit.

Evaluating your beloved pets’ medical conditions and quality of life can be an overwhelming and emotional time for everyone. At UCPC, we understand that pets are deeply embedded in our families and our hearts. We will help you navigate this tough time and provide you with an extended appointment to assess your pet’s health together as a team. We can help with end-of-life decisions and aftercare if necessary.

We strive to provide the most efficient service during our hours of operation. While walk-ins and drop-off appointments are welcome, we encourage you to make a same-day appointment.
